Melissa Flores – Co-Founder

A producer, writer and brand executive with over a decade of experience, Melissa specializes in developing and producing entertainment content featuring diverse voices that synergizes across multiple media platforms, including television ( Power Rangers , Glitter Force , Julius Junior ), feature films Saban’s Power Rangers ), digital films, publishing, live events and gaming. In 2020, she wrote and created the hit Twitch digital hybrid series The Unleashed. Her new Image comic book, The Dead Lucky, will be released this year. She also voices the characters Kat Ranger and Gia Moran in the hit console game Power Rangers: Battle For the Grid.

Aoni Saima – Co-Founder

Aoni Saima is a Film/TV production executive based in Los Angeles, with over a decade worth of experience spanning a wide range of production roles. During her seven years at Film Finances Inc (the world leader in completion bond), she worked on numerous film and television titles, including major releases such as Marco Polo, Southpaw, Great Wall, Midway, Panda 3D, etc. Having launched FFI’s Chinese subsidiary, she is an expert in production and financing, with close professional ties to major media companies and prominent financial institutions in Asian territories. She is currently focusing on telling stories with an impact that elevates marginalized voices.

Maarten P. Melchior

After his law studies in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Maarten worked at a couple of banks, including ING Bank, in corporate finance, film finance and as a financial analyst. Subsequently he worked for financial services providers, including Fintage House and Blue Lake Castle, in the entertainment industry.
His professional experience includes business management, international marketing, sales, financial analysis, legal aspects, and information technology. He is specifically interested in developing, marketing, selling, and setting up new services in international environments and particularly enjoys coming up with the most efficient solutions for any issues his clients may have in any of these areas.

Sarah Weinstock

Sarah Weinstock is a seasoned entertainment executive with over 20 years of experience at three major Hollywood studios and multiple production companies. Sarah received her BA from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and her MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. Sarah’s experience spans international co-productions, television and film production, media platforms, and content licensing and distribution. Sarah founded Art and Popcorn in 2020, through which she provides advisory services to companies in the Media and Entertainment industry, as well as the NFT/Blockchain industry.

Sandra Winn

Sandra Winn is a US Veteran whom served over 12 years as a Combat Medic and Rotary Aviator for the US Army. She’s worked for the DOD as a liaison and led multiple humanitarian missions overseas. Prior to her military service, Sandra studied Global Economics, Public Relations, and Asian Studies at Brigham Young University while minoring in Pre-med and International Law. In between her military service, she studied Art, Trauma Medicine, and Economics at Columbia University while obtaining her Series 6 & 7, First Responder, and Real Estate licenses. During her free time aside from helping her family’s development company in Asia, she started a software development company helping the medical industry digitize patient records and events; and financial institutions mobilize banking. She’s currently working on creating diversity in media and advertising through non-profit organizations. Putting her over 28 years of experience in tech, PR, finance, and management towards bringing diversity and humanity into media.
